“The Ledger”
An interactive wealth-comparison tool built by Claude (Anthropic) while connected to the We > Ultrarich MCP server. It requires JavaScript to run. A description of what it does, and the output it produces, follows.
What It Shows
The Ledger compares two wealth figures through the Duration Of Daily Spend lens — how long each fortune would last if a fixed amount were spent every day. In its default state it compares a net worth of $193,000, the U.S. median family net worth, with $250,000,000,000.
- At $1,000 per day, $193,000 lasts 193 days.
- At $1,000 per day, $250 billion lasts 685 millennia (684,932 years).
- The gap between them is 1,295,337 to 1.
Why It Exists
Every figure, sentence, and scale line in the tool is returned live by the We > Ultrarich API — as is the source attribution. Nothing is hard-coded. It is a working demonstration that an AI assistant connected to our MCP server produces deterministic arithmetic with the credit already attached.
